Agreed, Robert. If that's not possible, then we could also use a rock station that doesn't play Nin

4/5Overall:
4/5Ate here Saturday night as part of Restaurant Week, so take this review with the requisite grain of salt. Overall, though, our foursome was extremely pleased with the quality of the food, the scope of the wine list, and the service. Chateaubriand, not a normal part of the dinner menu, was nicely charred on the outside and medium-rare and tender in the middle, and our friend who ordered as her entree the macadamia-crusted tilapia topped with orange-ginger beurre blanc was in ecstasy. The only jarring moment came when someone started playing with the track lighting system, with various lights throughout the restaurant going up and down over a period of 5-10 minutes. They finally settled on a "blindingly glaring" setting for the lights over our table, even though the lighting seemed perfectly ample earlier in the evening. Strange. All of the appetizers - beef crostinis, lump crabcakes, salads and broccoli soup - were well-executed, and the desserts also triumphed (particularly the key lime pie). On the wine list, you can get something more expensive, but the 2007 (Yamhill, Oregon) A to Z Pinot Noir represents good value, at $42/bottle. If you're looking for fine (but not overly pretentious) dining in a relatively small (13-table) restaurant in NE Tarrant, this is a solid choice.
