You could easily miss this place, as it is truly a shack on the side of the road. Friendly service from the sweet lady behind the screen window? Check. Don't worry about being overwhelmed by the menu, because it's short and sweet.

We decided on (2) mixed dinner plates. Plates? Um, nope, but a nice Styrofoam to go box will be filled to the brim with your choice of ribs, sliced beef, links or chopped beef for a cool $9.50 included are two sides which are potato salad and baked beans. Almost forgot about the 4-5 slices of white bread that accompanies the "plate" to help you sop up the sauce. Way too much food for one sitting, but leftovers are always good in my book.

One very important note: Please order the sauce on the side! Both the hub and I were a bit overwhelmed by my amount of BBQ sauce, but maybe we're lightweights when it comes to sauce? The BBQ ribs, chopped and sliced beef had a perfect smokey flavor that was a unfortunately masked by the amount of sauce it was swimming in. We left the links to try next time.
