The restaurant is in the basement of a building downtown, which is the kind of thing I dig for whatever strange reason (restaurants situated upstairs/or underground probably became a weird quirk i liked ever since I have been to Tokyo).

At this price point, some people will never be happy with the food or service. Go check any negative steakhouse review and 90% of them are because the server didn't wipe their butt too. When we went everything was top notch. Ribeye steak was cooked perfect medium rare. Service was very attentive, though the waitress referred to my wife with a different name the entire time, which we turned into a joke rather than getting all uptight about it.

Treat yourself.

This was hands down one of the worst meals I've ever had. The Morton's Salad with Blue Cheese dressing actually had some ranch tasting stuff that may have been in the refrigerator with Blue Cheese. The steaks were served and immediately removed because "somebody jumped the gun". What does that mean?

They were then (finally) replaced with 2 identical appearing steaks. My husband's was medium rare and pretty good but not great. Mine was beyond well done (not medium rare as ordered) -- shriveled and grey. It was returned, and after a long wait, when everyone else at our table was almost done, my steak was served. Or rather, my piece of raw cow. I didn't bother, just had them box it up so I could reheat later. Even that didn't work as waving essentially raw meat doesn't yield a good result.

The crust of the key lime pie tasted burned. I don't know how you burn a crust you don't cook.

Wait staff was young, eager but clueless. But the valet guys were very nice.

What do you think?
