Its very interesting they said it was due to a "leasing situation."
At least three businesses closed in that building about the same time.
There was an eBay seller, Quiznos, and the Gattis. They all closed, as far as I could tell, within about 6 weeks of each other.
I noted in the Echo that an investor bought part of Promenade Shopping Center. See: http://www.richardsonecho.com/News/Re... This part of the center was NOT part of that deal.

hey matt anderson, thanks for the heads-up. when i called the Mr. Gatti's in McKinney, they claimed that this branch is closed only "temporarily" due to a "leasing situation", but weren't sure if it would re-open
