Nate's is authentic New Orleans, crowded, and awesome. The gumbo was delicious, catfish tasty without being fried. Atmosphere was as if you were in Louisiana, except there were tall Texans mixed in with the shorter French Cajun varieties. Everything, including service, went above and beyond expectation, but you must wait for it, and wait paitently we did.
