5/5Best kept secret in the neighborhood. Buried in a strip mall off of 8th. Found this place by accident while lost on my bike - tired and hungry. Long established neighborhood joint with great food and great neighborhood atmosphere. Outdoor dining is limited to a couple of plastic tables on the sidewalk, but still a good option if the weather is good. Full of locals from the local historic preservation areas. Great friendly service.

5/5Go see Peter and the gang at Old Neighborhood Grill. The place is good enough to make it in to one of Dan Jenkins' books. Great biscuits and a great breakfast taco. They serve a buffalo burger too, and it tastes just like a hamburger, but, of course, it's better for you. They also make a huge--and good I might add--salad.

5/5I had always heard about ONG and finally stopped in and found it totally worth it. The restaurant was comfortable, if not a bit quiet for a Saturday evening. The food cam hot and fast and certainly was tasty. I totally have to recommend the mashed potatoes!
