4/5Gumbo is mediocre, imo. However, jumbo shrimp brochette is quite possibly the tastiest shrimp I've ever consumed. Severely doubt it's healthy for you, but who the hell cares? So_amazingly_delicious.
All I've had is gumbo and the brochette, though - could be something equally amazing that I'm ignorant of.

5/5As a Texacajun, I have to say this is as real as it gets here. The boiled crayfish are the best, perhaps it's the butter they use on them. The sizes vary with the progression of the season. Other specialties should not be passed up either. Ettoufee, gumbo and fried fish are always popular. Try a hurricane to have the total experience this Fat Tuesday.
