Food: 1/5 Vibe: 1/5 Service: 1/5 Value: 1/5 Overall: 1/5
We had an absolutely horrible experience this evening at Parma. What used to be a wonderful local restaraunt to take our family has turned into a place where the management feels they may be rude to customers. We waited over an hour for our food. We arrived at 6:45, were seated at 7:00 and as of 8:00 we had not received our food. We flagged the manager to inquire why we had not been served yet. We did so in a cordial manner. We were met with an incredibly rude challenge from the "manager" indicating that we had not been there an hour and it was Friday night and that we needed to deal with it. I have NEVER been treated so rudely in ANY dining experience in my life. I was incredibly embarrased because we brought our dear friends to the restaurant on our recommendation. His demeanor and condesending attitude was completely uncalled for. I immediately gathered family and friends and left the restaurant without being served. On attempting to confront the "manager" about his behavior, he was obnoxious and rude once again. Sadly, we learned that he is part of the family that owns and the restaurant. He hails from New Jersey and must learn that in Texas we are cordial to one another and expect a level of human decency and respect that he clearly is incapable of providing. I STRONGLY suggest that you avoid this restaurant at all costs and that this "gentlemen" (to use the term very loosely) realizes that HIS actions are a direct reflection of the business and that his behavior is NOT accepted in Texas.
