Food: 3/5 Vibe: 2/5 Service: 3/5 Value: 3/5 Overall: 3/5
A quick jaunt into the neighborhoods where pho goes for under 9 is always rewarding. Pho Huy is a reasonable stop. The decor is typical of the genre garage sale level. The service borders on unintellegible if friendly almost to a fault.
Pho portions are reasonable, but not necessarily overwhelming. The broth is aromatic, but not as rich as I would like. Something's missing, perhaps some more time with marrow in the broth to an added richness. The meats are ok, but not exceptional.
Overall, not bad, but not great.
