I'm not sure why this place has a menu. It is impossible to order any food. Went there last night. They have menus placed around the bar, but we were told we could not order food at the bar. We could only order food if we were sitting on the patio. We went to the patio and sat down, only to be told we could only order food from a table - and it had to be one of their "special" tables, not the tables on the perimeter of the patio. So we moved to one of the "special" tables and a food server came by and said she'd be right back to take our order and she never came back. We have season tickets to Stars and Mavs so we are at the AAC pretty often. There are other places to get tacos. And if I want a drink I can go upstairs where the best bartender ever, Monroe, will mix up whatever I want. We won't ever go back to Pira.

I think pira has amazing service and food. The people are wonderful and the vibe is amazing. The whole menu is delicious and despite what other people say the whole place is wonderful.

Went there with a group of friends NYE and I have to take in the fact that it was a very busy night however the service was terrible in the restaurant. There was a short in wait staff, we had to have the hostess take our order after waiting 35 minutes for a table - several patrons were parked at tables not eating or drinking and the lack of enforcement was unacceptable. We split the check part cash and cc and the dumb waitress took the cash as a 50% tip and charged my card in full, when corrected she split the bill appropriately and never credited my account for the original purchase. The food was actually very good though; service is just horrible and now I have to go through the brain damage of getting my money back.....
