There's usually a wait to get a seat here, especially anytime on the weekend. Some decent Tex-Mex fair, but I can't say there was anything that ostensibly stood out from most of the other chains in the area. Not that it's bad at all, it just doesn't seem to set itself apart to me. They have a great location, situated next to Quarter Bar and Breadwinners. Another fun location to sit out on the patio and watch the McKinney Ave people as they stroll by.
