4/5I'm a sucker for a good patio and Primo's has one of the best, especially for people watching. Its always crowded so come early. The food is standard Tex-Mex and the margaritas are excellent. Give me a good margarita and a nice patio and I am set. Some people complain about parking, but I've never had trouble getting a spot across the street.

4/5Great place to see and be seen. Its hard to find parking out there if you don't valet or get there early. The scenery is just a street and some buildings or you could just watch other people. We sat on the patio the other day. It was a bit nippy out but they provide heat lamps. The inside is cramped and the patio relieves some of the stuffiness. The food arrived quickly and was tasty. The drinks are weak but not ridiculously priced. I'll go back and have to try the $3 margaritas on Wednesday!

4/5There's usually a wait to get a seat here, especially anytime on the weekend. Some decent Tex-Mex fair, but I can't say there was anything that ostensibly stood out from most of the other chains in the area. Not that it's bad at all, it just doesn't seem to set itself apart to me. They have a great location, situated next to Quarter Bar and Breadwinners. Another fun location to sit out on the patio and watch the McKinney Ave people as they stroll by.
