I'm really sorry you had a bad experience there. We've always had a great time and have have 5 parties there!
Yes, it's a bit "out of the way" and it's not big and impersonal like some of the other party places. When you go, you generally get the owner.
It's almost always been great service and great food!

MomOnTheGo, you're entitled to your opinion, but since your e-mail address indicates you're affiliated with Prosper Pizza, good form would have been to indicate that fact.

You must be the high maintenance type. My guess is that you are from Plano. I have had 3 parties there and my mom's group is in there often. The staff is awesome and the business is sooo much cleaner than any of the other kids businesses we have tried. Referring to them as inbread's shows your maturity level is that of a high school "mean girl". My guess is that if Prosper Party Place couldn't please you, you are never pleased anywhere.
Also, please tell your pregnant friend to not put her health or her babies health in danger ever. It is nobody's fault but her own if she allows herself to "over heat" and suffer "heat exhaustion". This is just another example of how your story isn't making any sense.

When I picked the location for my child's party, I practiced my nonjudgmental approach to the world and overlooked the gravel road and herd of goats I had to pass in Prosper to get there. I should have listened to instincts that said "Seems like a bit of a dive...the owner seems a bit challenged...it is hot in here, even though their explanation is an unusually large pizza order in the last 20 minutes" but no, I listened to the part that said "He is trying...I bet the kids will like it"
Well, the "food room" did not have enough breaker capacity for lights AND the PLUG IN AC units, yes, PLUG IN. The "party helpers" had to be the challenged owner's kids by his first cousin. My pregnant friend was still recovering from heat exhaustion 3 hours later. I considered having an ambulance on standby like the cowboys do during training camp.
It was a horrible day and I would have felt better using the money I spent as confetti. You can't repeat a birthday and obviously these people don't care if they ruin a child's experience and watch as guests leave early to prevent themselves from vomiting as a result of the horrid conditions. Of course they could not vomit in the bathroom since the toilets were full of feces upon arrival that had fermented so that the stench was nauseating all on its own.
You would be better off parking on the tracks instead of crossing them to get there.
