Formerly the site of the Mesquite Opry, the Rodeo City Music Hall carries on the tradition of Saturday night music shows. Located in a cozy theater in historic downtown, RCMH opened in June of 2001, and is run by a volunteer staff. Singers of all ages can audition for the manager on Wednesday evenings at 7:00, or immediately following the Saturday shows.
Visitors can park in the Heritage Plaza across the street, buy concession snacks, and enjoy family-friendly entertainment. No smoking or alcohol is permitted. Additionally, all shows are recorded, and the audio or video can be purchased after the performances.
RCMH singers also perform at the Catfish Cove restaurant on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month.
