3/5The food is good. The atmosphere is good. The prices, especially at lunch, are good. The only thing lacking: customer service, mainly from owner Rick's son. I brought co-workers there for lunch and our waiter was efficient without personality. I used to work with JC Blanc and think he is brilliant. I wanted to bring my daughter there for dinner. We called ahead for dinner on a Saturday night. Rick's son told my daughter it would be 30minutes. We arrived in 25minutes and were told that not only would we have to wait an additional 30minutes, but Rick's son told me he said 30-45minute wait. As we walked away, my daughter felt like he called her a liar and we still would have waited almost double the time quoted. Tone down the arrogance because the food is good, but not good enough to take that. we went back to Grimaldi's in Allen and waited 20minutes...which was exactly the time they quoted. AND, the staff was nice!
