4/5If I was rating only the quality of the steak, I would have given this one a five but the salad drags me down here. You can cook your own steak with some guidance from the grill guy (is there a name for this job???) or have him do it. For some reason, I am always drawn into cooking my own and seem to do quite well despite my failed efforts at home. Wednesday night is buy one get one free and you can't beat that. Get the filet.
