The food arrived over an hour late and was not cooked properly. They just threw some stuff in a box and took their time getting to my home. The salad was brown, the french fries weren't cooked, the chicken nuggets were burnt and the baked potatoes weren't cooked thoroughly. Unwilling to over a compromise when I called about the problem. They said they got the money so it was now my problem not theirs.

I rated it so low because when you call for delivery the guy always gives attitude like he's being put out, like your call is an inconvience for him. I suggest pick-up if you really like the food. I won't use them again for delivery. Perhaps if more people STOPPED USING THIS N. ARLINGTON STEAKWAY for delivery, then the attitude on the phone would change. See Yahoo for remarks on this place. Another guy from last year had the same problem with this Steakway.
