Great pizza and italian dishes...fairly priced. Been going there for most of 10 years as I used to live around the corner. Glad to see they are still in business.

We received a delivery order from Ti Amo and when the delivery man arrived he was great and friendly. We were shocked by how fast it arrived. This is when things started spiraling down. We opened the pizza box they delivered our food in. I ordered chicken piccata, I have an allergy to tomatoes so I'm normally safe with it. The menu described the dish and what it comes with: It said bread and a side salad. My boyfriend ordered the chicken fettuccine alfredo. When I opened my container it was covered with tomato sauce. Let me also mention the menu said it was a lemon butter caper sauce. Next, my boyfriend took his first bite to find a bone in the chicken. The bread they serve with it was burnt on the edges and tasted old, it was also covered with a yeasty powder. We didn't even have a chance to open the salads because we weren't going to eat the entrees. We called and told the lady on the phone what had happened, and that we just wanted our money back. She was pleasant and so we even offered to drive back and return the food. We had planned to have an evening at home but drove up anyways. We walked up to the counter and the girl working was again very pleasant and kind. All of a sudden the owner runs over to see what's wrong. I explained I was allergic to tomatoes and that the menu doesn't say anything about a side serving of pasta yet it was in the same container and on top of my pasta. She yelled at me telling me I'm wrong and that it says it comes with a side of pasta, which it does not. Then I explained that my boyfriend had bones in his alfredo. She responded by saying, "chickens have bones." Then she insisted on me going to the back room with her to see how they pound their chicken. I graciously declined her offer and she started yelling again, saying that I'm wrong. I told her, "I'm a customer and I'm not happy with my order, I don't want to argue I would just like a refund." She replied again by saying, "other customers are happy", she then instructed the girl to give us our money back and to "get the hell out". I can't express how offended I was by the owner. I will never return and I will for sure be telling people about my horrible experience. Stay away!!!
