At this fast-casual restaurant, guests build their salads in virtually unlimited combinations from more than 50 freshly-cut ingredients, including various types of salad, vegetables, fruits, nuts and cheeses. Tomato Tomoto's "Salad Chefs" then hand-toss the gourmet creation or roll it up and grill it as a wrap. Each salad has a starting price of $7, which includes a choice of several crisp greens, veggies, fruits, nuts, and cheeses. Guests can add chicken for $3 and shrimp, salmon, or crab for $3. Salad wraps start at $5, and soups are $3. Otis Spunkmeyer specialty cookies baked daily are available starting at $1.
