I would not even give this store one star if the choice allowed. I bought a pair of Lane Boots and found them so flawed I believed them to be knockoffs or seconds at the very least. I complained to Holly and she was extremely rude I did not trust her or want to deal with her. I made a complaint to PayPal and also contacted Lane Boots as I thought they should be aware. The Lane rep was very concerned and gave me great customer service and attempted to resolve the matter to my satisfaction however Holly was uncooperative. She wanted me to drop my complaint with PayPal before she would allow Lane to exchange the boots for me. I refused. PayPal performed an investigation and reversed the sale telling Holly she could not resell these boots on Ebay or use PayPal to do so. I really wanted the boots so I made calls to local retailers around Tulsa and found the same style Lane boot of great quality on sale for a $100 less than I paid Turquoise Firefly. This was my first purchase with this store and my last. Buyer beware.

The lady who wrote the aforementioned Review is insane. The is no reason for anyone to beware of my business. I stand for the utmost in morals and customer service. This issue had been resolved successfully with this customer via Lane Boots and myself. I simply needed the boots back before I sent her more. Considering, she withdrew her payment via PayPal and already had received the boots. If anyone should beware it will be other stores that she might order from where she pulls this same scam. I will happily post her name, address and phone number tomorrow when I get into work. And BTW for her to have found them for less than what I was charging would have been impossible due to the fact that my sale was at manufacturer cost not even retail.
