I highly recommend using Uptown Locators and specifically Arthur Greenstein! I readily admit I am a very picky and discriminating seeker of housing. I was looking for a higher end higher end rental than Arthur was used to. He was patient, observant, non-pushy, and helpful in helping me locate a condo rental I am very satisfied with. He worked with me for over 4 hours looking at 10 places taking past 7PM on a Saturday. There was never any pressure and he just wanted to help me find a place I was happy with. If I am renting again, I will find Arthur. If I choose to buy, I will also consider using Arthur. I used to hate moving and would even stay at an apartment complex longer than I wanted to go avoid it. Not anymore! Arthur Greenstein from uptown Locators made my move so easy. Not only did he find me a great apartment with all of my requirements in thew area I wanted, he arranged for my move to be free which saved me so much money I needed. We recently sold our home and had less than 7 days to find an apartment and get moved. Arthur Greenstein made this process so easy for us. He called and we discussed what my family and I needed and by the end of the day we had a list of apartments that fit our needs to go look at. With in 24hrs we found our apartment and had the Free Move set up. Tameka Norris helped me sell a condo this year and I was continually amazed at her commitment and dedication. I knew I'd picked a top notch realtor when I once locked myself out of the house at 10:30 at night and she came over with a smile on her face to let me in.

Then I had to move out of town while my unit was on the market and Tameka filled in for me in every way, from bringing in contractors to make some repairs to clearing out the last of my belongings before closing. She even drove to the offices of the other owners in the building to get their signatures on a closing document. I don't know how I could have made it through the process without her!

I went looking for apartments with my roommate for about two months without any luck. Craigslist didn't work out and after bad experiences with other real estate offices, we weren't sure if we wanted to try out another one. I am an out of work engineer and a separated family who was having trouble making rent payments for my place and living comfortably.

Last year my girlfriend and I moved into an apartment that is managed by Uptown Locators. We have only previously lived in small properties that were self-managed by the owners. Because we were not familiar with contacting a property management company for maintenance items, we initially questioned the service level we would receive when calling them. Our reservations were proven to be wrong over the last year. The secretary has been very polite and responsive to our needs whenever we call, and maintenance (Johnny) was extremely helpful and friendly. Uptown Locators is great for those of you re-locating to Dallas from out of state. I used to live in uptown and decided to search for a high-rise in downtown. After looking at numerous properties, i was referred to the Richardson. I found the staff (Johnny & Tameka) to be very friendly and helpful. The apartments and views are amazing. I moved into a two bedroom unit that was brand new and beautiful to boot for a very reasonable price. The rooms flow very well, and the bathrooms and closet space are more than ample. Having moved from an apartment that was next to awful 6-day-a-week construction, the quiet and peace at the apartment is wonderful!

Uptown Locators is A 10 out 10 It's been more years than I like to think about since we had to look for an apartment. I came across Uptown Locators on the internet. I was looking for a senior community in a certain area of Plano. Tameka took on the task of leading two out of touch older folks threw the rental process and did a wonderful job of it!! Way to go local company! I like to see Arlington based companies doing well and I recently noticed Uptown Locators has started live-support 24 hours a day. All around wonderful experience, I have used David twice now in the search for a new a rental. He knows the Inner Loop ares very well (Museum/Montose?Heights), is totally up front with you (stuff to stay away from/if what you want is way out of your budget, etc), and always makes himself available around your schedule-truly recommend for your renting needs! Happy Tenant Uptown Locators recently sent out a mass email to all tenants and write "what they would like about their experiences with Uptown Locators" (their exact words). People that are happy do not often go on and leave reviews, angry people often do. So as a VERY HAPPY TENANT I am taking a moment to let you know that these guys have always been there for me, no matter what I've needed. I have actually lived in two different properties of theirs. Despite the economic downturn and the slow down in the real estate market, Michael sold my property in Dallas in three months. He was always pro-active in marketing the property, had several Open Houses and always kept me informed and educated on the process. He is highly professional, respectful and very funny! AMAZING REALTY SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.We bought a Condo with Uptown Locators help and were extremely happy working with her. First of all, they gives you the attention as if you are their only client and works extremely hard and is great at what they do. We had a very long process and they never lost focus or determination to find a place that worked for us. Expect to get answers to your e-mails at all hours of the day and diligent negotiation. They also have a great group of professional contacts of mortgage brokers, real estate lawyers etc, and we felt like we had a great team of people looking out for our interest. Uptown Locators is definitely the best. If you want a great real estate agent, I highly recommend Uptown Locators.

I have sent a complaint to TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) asking them to look into this company. TREC is responsible for the licensing of all agents in Texas and locators are included.

If there these posts are phony (i.e. posted by Uptown Locators ) then this would a deceptive trade practice and violation of TREC rules and regs.
