3/5This place looks great and the food is pretty good. But I just can't get over the service and the way I was treated. We asked for a standard menu item pizza but without tomatoes. They ended up billing me for a build your own pizza which cost more money, only for removing an item. They also didn't care to fix the issue. And when I bought this up to the manager, he simply said, "What do you want me to do about it?" in a not so pleasant tone.

The food was good, but not worth this. I'm not going back.

The food is really great as is the 32 degree bar.....however.....I sat at that bar with an EMPTY glass for approximatly 30 minutes. Then my glass was taken away and not a single bartender asked if I wanted another....do they not want to make money? Then it took another 15 minutes to get my tab so I could go next door and get service. I've been there 3 times. The first time, I chalked it up to them being barley open 5 minutes, but when it happened a second and then this last time....I'm going to be very hard pressed to go back. I even made buddies with one of the managers and that didn't seem to help!

4/5I think it’s a decent place to hit up on the weekend. The upstairs bar 32 degrees is neat, but in the past 3 times we’ve been, you can’t get a seat at the bar at all. The bar features a strip of ice running the length of the bar where you can set you drink on, draw stuff in, or whatever. They do have an upstairs patio that’s nice, if the weather cooperates. The food concentrates on their pizza, and overall I think it was good. If you’re not in a pizza mood, they have several other menu choices that have gone over well with the groups I’ve been with.
