5/5Great coffee (Urban Dog Blend). Unpretentious, comfortable and good wifi. Great refuge from the office if you need a little quiet catchup time.

2/5I have been a customer at this establishment three times since Urban Dog Coffee has reopened and have yet to receive the service or experience that I think that I, or anyone else, should expect from a coffee shop. Two out of the three visits I have walked into the establishment without any kind of greeting, soon realizing that the staff person was on what seemed to be a personal phone call and gave me "the finger" asking me to hold a moment for service. When they were finally available to help me they were apologetic, but that did not make up for the failure in the beginning to provide any kind of service at all when I was the only customer in the shop!! If you have time on your hands to wait for a mediocre cup of joe then maybe Urban Dog Coffee is just the place for you! It is NOT for me though.

5/5I'm a big fan of this place. Not only is the coffee top-notch (and I'm picky) but they donate 7% of their profit to local charities!
I love the free wi-fi, the food, and the people who work there. They always make me feel welcome. It's pet friendly on the patio and that doubles the coolness factor.
I've always had attentive service from engaging people. I keep coming back!

If Brady Cottle is still involved with this, I wonder if the clientele in Oak Lawn knows of his work with 'ex-gay' ministries?
Google his name, or just search the Dallas Observer and the Dallas Voice and see what you think.

5/5I love sitting and chatting with the staff at Urban Dog. Very friendly and great vibe.
I love that they are supporting the neighborhood not only with great coffee, but their 7% return to neighborhood services is truly impressive. Name another business locally that does that!?
Anyway, Brady makes a special espresso drink that's not on the menu that I will drive past many other coffee shops to buy. Their prices are great and I love the free wifi....
I gave the food a 4 because I just don't eat enough of it to really know!

I know good food & good coffee - Urban Dog Coffee has the best around! The coffee, and I'm one who drinks it black (I don't drown out the flavor or aroma), is rich in flavor. The muffins are awesome too - Starbuck's just doesn't deliver on this level.
The rest of Dallas is jealous of Oak Lawn!

5/5This place is great. Very laid-back and relaxed atmospher. Coffee = good (and I'm really particular about my coffee), Pastries = good (drove all the way from CA for one of the strawberry muffins).
Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Stop by if you haven't tried it out. I think you will enjoy.
