Restaurant-bakery sells some of the best pastries in the Dallas area: jam-filled Danish, picture-perfect fruit tarts, and the best croissants in town. Chef and co-owner Jean Christophe Blanc, a native of France, previously worked at the '96 Olympics, Buckhead Bakery in Atlanta, and Eatzi's. In addition to pastries, he makes a full line of rustic breads such as multi-grain, olive, and honey wheat. You can get a loaf to go or sit down and have a sandwich, salad, and even crepes. This bakery is awesome. I love their Croissants, I think D magazine voted them Best of Dallas. They bake like 15 different breads every morning and you can design sandwiches with whatever bread you like. They also have a salad bar with homemade dressings. Very healthy fast food, I highly recommend it!!!

This is the best Bakery in the Metroplex. Their Sandwiches, Croissants and desserts are awesome. Great soups & salads too.
We always go during lunchtime to eat something affordable and healthy.
