Though I enjoy eating lower lifeforms, in the past I've sprung for the Which Wich hummus sandwich from their Vegetarian menu, because hummus and mushrooms and olives inside toasted bread seems like a good way to spend $6.
Another good item from the Veggie group is the Black Bean Patty sandwich, which should serve as a how-to for all producers and consumers of faux-meat on how to make something look like beef, smell like beef and taste like beefy beany delight without, uh, being beef.
The patties are think, about a 1/2 inch, like a Black Bean Burger, about as solid/consistent as a breakfast sausage and with whole black beans and bits of corn found throughout.
(Tomatoes, lettuce, mushrooms included free, avocado 75ยข extra)

I always stop here when I'm having lunch at Northpark, and it's always crowded. You might be confused at first about how to order, but it's really easy. Just grab a bag for the kind of sandwhich you want and mark your toppings, sauces, etc. and take your bag to the cashier. They slide the bag down the line and make your sandwich. Because of this bag system, this is one place they have never messed up my order.
The sandwiches are pretty good compared to some competitors like Subway or Quiznos. They toast the sandwich and seem to use fresh ingredients and quality meat.
Good place for a quick bite to eat.
