We just had my daughter’s 6th birthday party at the Zone and It was TERRIBLE! I reserved the party several weeks ago and at that time I requested pizza with Sierra Mist. When we got there not only were they not ready for us at the front end we had to go looking for our party hostess to let her know our kids were ready to eat. At that time she then tells me that they are out of Sierra Mist and then offers us lemonade instead. When she left the kids were ready to eat so I had to serve them myself and we stared to serve them water out of the water faucet. Then she comes back and says they are out of lemonade too! HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN! At that point I went to talk to the manager who can I just say is totally worthless! He was in the arcade area when I told him what was happening with the drinks and he said he would go and buy some. He then came back and said they could offer us some canned pineapple juice from the bar area!!!!! At this point I had already returned back to the party room to start cutting the cake since once again we were left to ourselves to finish the party. After I had cut the cake and passed out the plates to the kids and parents the hostess shows up and hands me the bill, which at that point for 11 kids had come to an additional $202!!!! That is after I had already paid $134 as a deposit! I told the hostess to have the manager comp the balance due since they did not give us the party we had paid for. The manger then came back into the room and could not understand why we were upset since as he put it the only thing he was aware that was missing was the drinks! I explained to him that not only were the drinks we ordered not available the back up drinks were also not available, we had to drink water out of the water fountain, had to pass out pizza ourselves, had to cut the cake ourselves, did not get any tokens were are also part of my party package, and they had also set the room for 50 kids even though we only had 11 there! After the other parents that were at the party also complained to him about how terrible the event was he gave me a $40 credit! That’s it! I would really think before booking a party here! They are only there to collect your money and don’t give a flip about taking care of the party or customer service! TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE HASSEL!

I wish this place would open it was awesome and it was the best place for laser tag and just to have fun anyway why did you close I keep hear many different things from people. The last time I went was when I was 9 I'm 12 now and I still want this place to open so please fix the problem and open again!
