The Fine Line March 3rd 2006

I'm baaaaaack. Since TexasGigs.com is all growed-up into a full-fledged site with MP3's and audio and video and band pages and venue pages and all the other good stuff, I decided to tweak the Fine Line Show a tad.
Each week I'll play music that I personally adore. You know..my own brand of taste. You might hear something you like. You might just think my taste sucks. The important thing is...you can tell all about it in the comments! But don't go hatin' until you really take a listen.
I'm also looking for new talent, new bands and artists, so if you know of anyone you think is the cat's pajama's then drop me a line!
This week's playlist:
Macon Greyson - "The Fine Line"
Eisley - "Golly Sandra"
Bob Schneider - "Moon Song"
Rahim Quazi - "Stars Fall Fast"
The Lonelies - "Happy Landing"
Happy Bullets - "Untied"
Collin Herring - "Heaven Never Works Out"
jetscreamer - "Black Hole"
Opie Hendrix - "Can't Even Yodel"
Deadman - "Ballad of Padre Miguel"
Salim Nourallah - "We Did Some Things"
Spoonfed Tribe - "Say What (Live)"
Theater Fire - "Swimming"
Midlake - "Roscoe"
Kristy Kruger - "Track 7"
Pilotdrift - "Elephant Island"
Lauren Fine - "Curiosity"
American Werewolf Academy - "Goodnight My Pumpkin Pie"
I'll get better with links in the coming shows....and I'll talk more smack than I did on this one...oh yeah..and don't tell Mike, but I might sneak in some music that's not entirely local every once in awhile.

Garrison Reid of IndieInterviews.com along with Chris Cantalini of GorillavsBear.com were too chicken to use the mics for the last "Blogger's Rock" show at The Cavern last Tuesday night, but still managed to crank out another good Podcast at Stella's crib.
Tonight we'll be back at The Cavern with a whole new show (the Podcast will be after the show) and the boys will take the mics...I hope...I hope...I hope...
