If math could have only been this great back when I was in school. Hell, I could have derived an analytic form for the square site percolation threshold by now! Oh well, I'll settle for some great music instead. You can, too. Have a listen to I Love Math's entire set from AllGood Cafe. By the way, don't blame Cindy for the recording's sonic imperfections. Blame me (Alex Kanakis).

Speaking of imperfections, and due to no fault of I Love Math, there was one major annoyance which must be pointed out: A grounding problem in AllGood Cafe's electrical outlets. So any mic Jason Garner used had shocking results. Literally. When he tried to sing he got zapped. Therefore an important element of the I Love Math sound, Jason's accompanying vocals, is missing in this recording. They still sound damn good, though.

Oh, I just love I Love Math!

Vans Warped Tour 2009 Warped just began -- Dallas is the fifth stop -- so Bad Religion, NOFX et al will still be fresh. This year, they've got fewer stages and longer sets (40 minutes instead of 30). Get there early for Colorado duo 3OH!3 and Brit punkers Gallows (pictured, credit Jay West). More info
