I subscribed to Daily Crime Report on its launch, but I'll confess I generally don't have time to read the daily email.
However, yesterday's caught my eye, with this incident narrative from my hood on Friday:
SUSPECT HIT COMP W/STICK CAUSING SMALL LACERATIONS ON ARM COMP STATES THE SUSPECT AND HE HAD A CONFRONTATION ON 6-5-08 AROUND 5PM.AS THE COMP WAS WALKING TO THE BUS STOP THIS AM THE SUSPECT WAS WALKING HIS PIT BULL. THE SUSPECT SAID TO THE COMP, "BITCH, HO, MOTHERFUCKER, I'M GOING TO GET YOUR ASS". AT THIS POINT THE SUSPECT HIT THE COMP IN THE RIGHT ARM WITH A STICK CAUSING SMALL LACERATIONS. THE SUSPECT THEN RAN FROM THE SCENE. DFR#53 TREATED THE COMP AT THE SCENE.
Methinks the PegNews players could do a nice re-enactment on this one. Clearly, there are a lot of blanks in the stage directions for an enterprising director to fill in.
