I find it disappointing that 3 of the Carrabba’s in the area have recently shut down. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat.

Starting off with some of the Zucchini Fritte usually proved to be a good way to get the night started. I would generally stick to the Chicken Bryan, and it came with a side selection of garlic mashed potatoes, spaghetti pomodoro, cavatappi amatriciana or the vegetable of the day. I always liked the spaghetti, but the potatoes didn’t seem to be a bad choice either. The flavor of the Chicken Bryan was really brought out with the topping of goat cheese and basil lemon butter sauce. I liked to finish the evening off with some Tiramisú, and after that I was pretty much done for. Granted, it may not be the best Tiramisú you’ll try, but it did the job. I hope the two remaining locations manage to stick around!
