The only time I've thrown up sushi was when I drank a lot, decided that sushi sounds delicious, and then drank a lot more.
For the record, sushi coming up is as delicious as sushi going down. A+++ would vomit again.

I've had sushi in many a "land-locked suburb" and have never suffered any ill effects. Why should food poisoning be a reasonable expectation for ANY restaurant serving ANY kind of food?

Hhhmmm, you eat raw seafood in a land-locked suburb...and become violently ill. IMAGINE THAT!!
I wish I had a nickel for everyone I know who's thrown up sushi.

Food: 1/5 Vibe: 1/5 Service: 1/5 Value: 1/5 Overall: 1/5
I went to Chaucer's in Addison last week with 5 other people. 5 of us got the sushi which was "ok". When we went to the bathroom, we noticed cockroaches and rodent droppings. The service was the worst I have ever had at any dining establishment!
Later that night I became violently ill. I wasn't sure if I had the flu or food poisoning. When I recovered several days later, I called my friends who also ate the sushi. They had also been very ill - in fact, one was so ill she had to go to the hospital. The emergency room doctor confirmed that she had food poisoning from the spoiled sushi we at at Chaucer's. I would NEVER go back.
