Arlington mayor wants to raise taxes to fight crime

Mayor Robert cluck is proposing a sales tax increase to fight the rising crime in Arlington. The suggested increase (from 8 to 8.125 cents on the dollar) would pay for 50 new officers, new equipment and prevention programs.
