There's a great potential joke here about a "Bull in a china shop" whereby you swap out "china" for "pots and pans", which might possibly come to mind more willingly if this guy weren't like casting some ooky-spooky spell with his hand at his temple and staring into the camera.
DALLAS As part of its la-dee-da new renovation, the Stoneleigh Hotel & Spa is introducing its new restaurant concept: Bolla and Bolla Bar.
"Bolla" is Italian for "bull", so that sortof is naming the place after chef David Bull. Cuisine is modern Italian. Press release sez there'll be various seating options (tables, banquettes, outdoor terrace, chef’s table); garlic chive gnocchi and crudo (which the release describes as "Italy’s version of sashimi"; hmm, so is cured meat considered raw?).
The bar is described as Art Deco, arc-shaped, with a terrace overlooking Maple Avenue; that's interesting, that they're opening the terrace. Signature cocktail is the "Puccini", champagne with Mandarin orange juice; I guess "Mandarin" takes it from mimosa to Puccini.

Let's hope that the bull in the kitchen doesn't result in a kitchen full of bull.

I think the Stoneleigh might want to check their Italian dictionary. "Bolla" means "bubble" or "blister" in Italian, and can also mean "bill" or "receipt." The only "bull" it represents is a "papal bull."
