— The UNT chapter of Chi Alpha, a coed Christian group, is suing the city of Denton for religious discrimination after the city issued an illegal-use citation against them, saying they were breaking the law by having more than four unrelated people living in a home in a neighborhood that is zoned for single-families or no more than four unrelated people. The group had previously been denied a special-use permit to declare the home a fraternity house, which would exempt them from the law.
