Wal-Mart currently has clinics in 77 stores around the country, and Dallas will gain a Wal-Mart clinic this April. Does this mean you can grocery shop while waiting for the doctor to see you? I can hear it over the PA now, "Mr. John Smith, please report to the medical clinic. The doctor is ready with the results from your stool sample."

I don't know how I'd feel about going to a Wal-Doctor.

I was going to post something about Pavel's Hebrew lineage (true story) affecting his comfort level, but I'm guessing it'd be deleted.
CC, I hope you appreciate me biting my tongue.

Hey, my health is one thing I try not to cheap out on. Hence me being in debt, despite being given the option to "wait and see if it heals on its own" when I asked the doctor if there were any other alternatives to the $20k surgery.

Think about the pre-natal? Wal-mart, cradle to grave!
Hey, I wonder when they'll start offering funeral services?

Can't wait to get me some "Sams's Choice" or "Great Value" brand antibiotics.

I wonder about potentially blurred lines, like if after a rectal exam the doc suggests a certain grade of Charmin, or more(?) likely things like suggesting "refreshing 7-up" for sore throats. I mean, they're employees of Wal-Mart, right?

Chad has spotted a potential conflict of interest that should concern us all. However, several key vendors, including Little Debby and Velveeta, have pledged to not set up cart-laden kiosks within 25 feet of the doctor-patient interviews. And the dispensing by attending nurses of coupons offering $2 off 2 dozen (glazed or cake) donuts has been leveraged by a focus group to only be given to ‘the terminally ill’ whose health concerns are ‘behind Wal-Mart’s healing capacity’.

Just one more reason to never shop at Wallyworld. And yeah, I think you can get caskets at Sams.
