DALLAS According to this story in the Dallas Business Journal, it appears that the sale of the Adam's Mark hotel in downtown Dallas has finally come to completion.
The new owners, San Francisco-based Chartres Lodging Group, formerly Oxford Lodging Advisory & Investment Group, purchased the hotel as part of a larger acquisition of hotels across the country.
