The shutdown of Four Star Coffee Bar in FW's cultural district means one less independently-foamed latte, boo hoo.
FORT WORTH — Deliberate Industries reports that Four Star Coffee Bar in Fort Worth has closed. The indie coffeehouse held out for a while, having opened in February 1995. The Fort Worth Weekly reports that the closing resulted from a dispute between the coffeeshop owners and the landlord over who was responsible for a kitchen grease trap being brought up to code; and that the downtown location will remain open.
