Members of the Southern Methodist University Student Senate (say that five times fast after a couple of cold ones, why don't you?) have voted in favor of a proposal to install a pub on campus where students of legal drinking age could enjoy a beer with faculty and friends.

The vote was described as "overwhelmingly in favor" of the proposed facility; although the vote is non-binding, campus administrators will be put on notice that students approve of the idea.
