Tarrant County property values are on the up and up
Appraisal district reports 8.7% increase in '08

FORT WORTH Despite the housing crisis nationwide, the S-T reports that Tarrant Appraisal District 2008 property values show an increase of 8.7 percent this year. Some of the biggest gains were in Azle ISD, values increased 32.7%; and Carroll ISD, where values went up 12.2%.
The percentages exclude the part of Fort Worth in Denton County.
