$35 three-course menu benefiting the Wounded Warrior Project
The fixed-price menu is $35 per person, with $7 of each meal donated to the Wounded Warrior Project. Wine parings are available for each course for an additional $20 per person, per meal.
Offered Thursday, November 12 through Thursday, November 19, the three-course menu includes:
• Field Green Salad with Texas Goat Cheese, San Saba Pecans & Sherry Wine Vinaigrette; CF Ranch Reserve Chardonnay
• Choice of 6 oz. Pan-Seared Pepper-Crusted Tenderloin with Port Wine Sauce, Airline Chicken Breast with Pan Gravy or Chilean Sea Bass with a Bacon Beurre Blanc; CF Ranch Reserve Cabernet or Drylands Sauvignon Blanc
• Choice of Dutch Oven Apple Crisp or Molten Chocolate Cake; Taylor Fladgate 10 yr. Tawny Port or Michele Chiarlo, “Nivole”, Moscato D’Asti
