I had dinner the other night at The Rose Tattoo Grille & Wine. It was delightful to know we have this wonderful restaurant in our community and we do not have to drive to Dallas for a great meal and a wonderful bottle of wine. I had the veal chop with julienne veggies along with some amazing risotto! My wife had the Scottish Salmon. We were offered a flight of wines by the very knowledge waiter however that night the restaurant offered half price bottles of wine off the list. I settled in for a bottle of Tulip Hill Cab Sauv and truly it was a great pairing with the dinner we had and a great combination with James Rose's chocolate Torte...Wow to get such a meal and experience one would have to drive to Dallas not anymore! The bar is very inviting and the staff very professional and no attitude. There is a handsome wine cellar in the dining area. The bar is well stock with some great scotch and cognacs and an extensive selection of import beers. If you request a handmade mojito it is made fresh in front of your eyes! Bravo and congratulations to James & Malesa Rose...we will be back next week!

Its hard, But you cannot go from The Beagle to a Lesbian Bar and then fiqure that when a multi-million dollar lesbian bar re-opens with an awesome track record that you aren't going down the tubes. Then you turn it into a Tejano bar and then deny its a Tejano bar. Bobby O is out of the country...and has been...has-been. Lucky's not so much.
