Meet Dallas blogger Kelly Jaggers of Evil Shenanigans
I love Kelly's blog...she's talented beyond measure. Someday I'll be able to ice cakes like hers...but until then she'll strike a deep chord of envy in me.

Meet Wylie food blogger Alta Mantsch of Tasty Eats At Home
Alta is such a talented cook!! I've eaten her food and would be happy to have her cook for me every day. I must say that I'm loving your Friday posts, Teresa. Thanks for working so hard for the local Dallas talent.

Teresa, I agree - Doyle is the dreamiest!! My husband would probably agree - after years of frozen pizza and ranch veggie dip, my first sorry attempts were probably a step up.
sebastallioni - My favorite chocolate recipes are:
Flourless Chocolate Torte: http://www.simplysugarandglutenfree.c...
and Orange Infused Dark Chocolate Ice Cream with Walnuts http://www.simplysugarandglutenfree.c...
I have a chocolate muffin in my upcoming cookbook that my husband swears is perfect for topping with ice cream.
Hajo - Yes, I'll be at the event. Would love to meet you!

Even though I'm gluten-free, I'm am pretty middle of the road when it comes to this topic. I personally don't eat it because it causes intense food cravings that cause me to over eat. Others with Celiac disease and gluten intolerance can't eat wheat because it make them sick.
There are lots of arrangements for and against wheat and I don't get into those. Personally I feel that each person needs to find out what foods work best for their body. My husband can eat wheat and has not problems at all. Everything I cook is gluten-free and he loves my cooking - in fact many things he's said are better than their wheat counterpart.

Teresa - you're incredible. Talking with you was like chatting with a good friend. I am truly honored to be featured here.
I love that you included the part about my husband sparking my love for cooking again - his gratitude and love has opened doors for me that I didn't even know where there.
