Full Custom Gospel BBQ reviews authentic Spanish chorizo
And by the way, Worzel, can we please put the sniping to rest? Issues are getting far too heated here when they need not be.
My first reply was merely a (laughable) attempt at using the same style as you to reply that a pig's origin meant nothing and was not a "...cynical attempt to trade on a name...." by the producer.

Since Worzel's reply made no sense whatsoever, thanks for the pig-out, Kirby.

Very good article. I have also read that they source their pork from Denmark. I imagine the smoke flavor comes drom the Spanish smoked paprika.
Worzel... Instead of just dumping on this as if you are now the local chorizo expert, too, all you had to do is take 30 seconds to Google and you would see that it is authentic Spanish chorizo. Because you see, Worzel, it is made in Spain! And nowhere is it written that Spanish chorizo must contain Iberian pig, except in your mind!

Savor Dallas 2010 embraces green initiatives at Sheraton Dallas Hotel
Oh yes, Segways for staff to get around are so environmentally friendly, as charging a bunch of batteries every night is much more green than using one's feet.

Eddie V's Prime Seafood to open Dallas branch in mid-April
This is incredible news. Until I read this, all I had to look forard to in life is the Fatty Crab House bringing Gulf seafood to North Richland Hills. Now, I can look forward to Eddie V's bringing seafood flown in fresh daily to the Parkies of Central Dallas.
Now that I know this, I think that I'm going to have the best weekend ever!

Thursday Morning Cupcheck - Oy, Canada
This is the most ridiculous set of presumptions I have read in a loooooooong time.
You start with "Every year during the Stanley Cup playoffs, we see a pattern emerge: teams with nothing to lose don't lose very often. Speed kills skills." and go downhill from there.
Olympic hockey is completely different from the NHL and to use the Stanley Cup playoffs as an example of why the U.S. will win is joke.

Dallas guerrilla restaurant 48 Nights -- who is next week's chef?
I thought Daniele as soon as I saw the gnocchi and panna cotta. He could make panna cotta easily, and he has featured deserts with fresh berries.

Was Southwest Airlines too polite to overweight passenger Kevin Smith?
So, Potty Mouth's blog is right? Ha! The whole "lower the armrest" thing is his bunch of crap. Lots of fat people, that should be in 2 seats, can suck it up and lower the armrest.
Silent Bob needs to return, fast. Jerk.

Dallas restaurants grapple with foodie photo-taking brigade
The review of Watel’s World Piece Cafe is a classic example of 'lousy pictures, leave the camera at home, please."

Lunch at Shine's Mediterranean Market in North Dallas
Without a doubt they have the best, freshest, softest pita in town. Stock up, as it keeps in the freezer exceptionally well!

Club Schmitz is like Louie's without any class whatsoever. Good analysis on the burger, and it works!
Highly recommended for a DD&D night or lunch out.

Cooking Mardi Gras-style at Chamberlain's Fish Market Grill in Addison
Sounds great, esp. the shruck! Duck fat rules.
Did they say where they got the Creole that they used to dust the steak with? Was it a male or female? How long he/she been dead? What did they grind the body with?

Savor Dallas 2010 to offer shuttle service
So, I guess everyone inside the LBJ loop of Dallas that attends will be driving drunk!
I noted this on their site: The evening of upscale tasting and enjoyment is set in the beautiful, spacious surroundings of the world-class Lone Star Ballroom and foyer of the Sheraton Dallas Hotel in downtown Dallas.
Thus, it no longer occupies the nice, multi-tiered atrium of the complex and is now jammed into the hotel only. No Thanks.

Ziziki’s is a great place. I hope they can make a go of it in that dark hole of space complex. Maybe that's why it's half bar!

Shedding #s with the Dallas Restaurant Critic's Diet
You have really outdone yourself, TG. Maybe Brenner just needs 5 shots of bourbon, too?
As long as she's seeking out great finds all around town, that no normal person has the chops to do, she could do us all a favor and remove this weight from around our collective necks: try and go one week -- ONE week -- without mentioning LA! It's quickly becoming the new "swarthy."

I totally agree. Much too much eye movement involved with the avatar w/ no name, then having to scan down and right to see who is commenting, then back up and left to read the comment. It gets very tiring, fast!
I want to know who is "talking" before "listening," not afterward.
