To blame the lack of insurance on "moral character" is, for the most part, ridiculous. I raised 2 children. In Colin County. When possible, I had health Insurance. But, it wasn't always possible. As the cost of living rose, & lay-offs caused lower paying jobs, it was a choice between something I absolutely had to have, (utilities, car ins, food etc) & something I could take a chance with....our health Insurance. Fortunately we re very healthy, & the occasional colds, etc were manageable. It was scary, & it wasn't a choice made lightly, but it's a choice many of us make out of necessity. So, before you judge, take alook around, it's not going to get any better any time soon by the look of it. And it has nothing to do with morals!
