Colby,I would have to agree with Teresa...we do not have a ton of choices in Colleyville, particularly within the same higher end experience and price point as 62 Main. Some highlights in Colleyville- JR's for steak, Ruggeri's for Italian, Reposado's or Gloria's for tex-mex. I would agree that Campania in Southlake is an outstanding choice for both good pie and ambiance, although the pizza isn't quite as good as the West Village location. Kirby's in Southlake is a consistently good experience for steak. Also, if you are interested in wine dinners check out the wine tastings with food pairings at Tivoli Wines in Colleyville and Farpointe in Southlake. All that said, 62 Main and David's creativity will be missed by many Colleyville residents.

Colby, have no buyers remorse...the people of Colleyville have exceptional taste and I am sure something wonderful will pop up in 62 Main's place despite McMillan's desire to throw Colleyville under the bus for not succeeding. We frequented 62 (about 2x per month)and whether it was a weekend or Thursday night, the restaurant was packed and the bar seemed to do a steady business. By his own admission they were full the weekend he closed, go figure. Maybe the missing ingredient to the recipe for success was not running the business side as well as he could prepare food???
