Dallasfood.org was right about Nutella all along
Nutella is still showing the product on toast, clearly at breakfast. Hard to believe, after they've been sued once for the "good for breakfast" positioning.

Whole Foods Market takes first pre-emptive strike at Trader Joe's
Central Market is also scrambling, apparently. The Plano store had a display of "Cul de Sac" wines today, in the high-traffic area between vegetables and meat/fish. "All varieties" were priced at $2.99/btl. I didn't look closely, but I think they had at least two whites and one red. Two Buck Chuck? Cul de Sac sounds like a dead end to me.

Whataburger introduces Whatachick'n Bites chicken nuggets
TG: You are correct about my dinner tonight. (I'll be having caesar salad with made romaine from our garden.)
"Vegan chicken"? If you exclude earthworms and bugs, aren't all chickens vegan by nature? : )

Inchin's Bamboo Cuisine of Atlanta opens branch in Plano
There have been Indian Chinese restaurants in Richardson and other DFW areas for at least the last eight years. There is even a chain franchise in this area (Masala Wok). Is this one unique because Bill Addison loved their swarthy cheese? Are the drapes particularly attractive?

With Dublin Dr Pepper gone, the race is on to find it
Why so much grief over this? It's not like a good soda like Moxie is going out of business.

Rick Perry names embattled sheriff as his Arizona campaign chairman
A match made in heaven. No doubt Arpaio will be Perry's Defense Minister when they both secede from the U.S.

Keeping my fingers crossed for next year's cantaloupe battle, in which this year's "sponsors" will be the targets.

No, TG. Your literacy is never in question with me. It's the idea of eating fish in a former dry cleaners that I found surprising. Although I guess you have to get your tetrachloroethylene somewhere.
