CBS 11 reports on the Greenville Avenue bar battles
Maybe you should take a look at the state of art kitchen in these places. Why would the City of Dallas issue a restaurant CO without the actual kitchen equipment you idiot? I am pretty sure you have about 4 dollars in your bank account after paying your bills. Just hang out with Avi and extort money from the illegal businesses before you put your 2 cents in....These people did not get into business to shut down in a year. These people got into business because they are millionaires unlike you. It takes money to make money. Now you borderline bums need to stay away.

Why pick on the businesses that are barely scraping by?? I think the slow economy is a bigger problem. I guess the City of Dallas wants to put the breaks on all small businesses in Dallas. AND WHO THE HELL WOULD INVEST HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN A BUSINESS TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK AND TAKE OFF. I think Angela Hunt needs to think about that one. I am pretty sure the majority of these business owners plan on sticking around, don't you Ms. Adelman I mean Ms. Hunt???
Illegal Bars huh... Easy solution, fire up the grill and get the kitchen going. Problem solved.

What makes it so difficult for the businesses to hire a few Mexicans to cook in the kitchen? It's not rocket science.

To David Wilson, Maybe you should stay quiet since you are new to neighborhood. Don't follow these idiots like Mr. Adelman's path. The guy is dead broke, has no education, owns the ugliest house in the entire neighborhood, and is 3 feet tall.
Illegal Bars!! What a stupid comment. The idiots that make these comments have never even been close to owning their own business. What the hell do they know about paying legal taxes??

Avi Adelman and Angela Hunt are the two most hated people in the City of Dallas. I am a strong believer of Karma, and believe me it will come into play sooner than you think.
I am pretty sure these people were the loneliest couple of losers growing up. Come to think of it, they still are.

Avi Adelman to sit in dunking booth at Taste of Greenville Avenue on Oct. 24
Awesome. I will definitely be there. I hope the tank has piranha's. They should also set up a booth for Angela Hunt.
The two most hated people in Dallas.

Grape restaurant on Lower Greenville in Dallas has new sous chef
The grape will be shut down in a few months. That is only because the economy is going to be the culprit.

UPDATE: DiTerra's on Lower Greenville in Dallas is toast
It takes money to make money. If you don't have half a million laying around, don't even bother going into business.

Former Whole Foods on Lower Greenville target of thefts
How do they allow Avi to get his stupid articles publish on pegasus. Is pegasus really that desperate for stories? This idiot has no job, no education, no credibility, no money, and no friends or family.

Bandera, new bar on Greenville in Dallas, loves red dirt
Who cares what Avi has to say anyways?
Whiskey,
All you have to do is file a restraining order on Avi and he cannot come within certain feet from your establishment.

Grand Opening and grand closing within the same year. I got money on it. Have your landlord, Andres Properties, free up all the parking and quit charging ridiculous parking prices. They should not be able to lease a building and at the same time lease the parking to a valet company. That is against the law. All the available parking down there should be open to the public. They need to quit having their valet companies scare away customers. The consumers want to spend their money at the businesses not pay a parking attendant.

What joke!!! I give that place 3 months tops. With a failure like Ben from Zymology running it there is no hope for this business.
Whiskey, If you want this place to make it, I advise you to get rid of the dead weight, Ben.
Thank you come again.

Zymology, Dallas "gastropub" on Greenville Avenue, closed on Monday
The place was really nice and unique, however they really needed a new owner. That attitude will not get you anywhere in life. The only reason many places cannot survive on lower greenville is because there is one person causing all the negative publicity for this area. That person has no job, no education, no money, obese, obese wife and kids, and will hopefully get his hideous home foreclosed on soon. Then he will know how it feels to lose something you worked your whole life to obtain. This guy is messing with business people's livelihood. That is a big no no in my book.

This issue has nothing to do with Lower Greenville. I really think someone should find a job or do something productive. All this talk back and forth is getting really old.

If you visit Lower Greenville there are plenty of parking spaces around the area. There are so many that there is no need for anyone to have to park in the neighborhoods. As a resident and business owner I feel that these valet companies need to disappear. If they were not there, parking would be free and available for everyone to enjoy. I say free, not in a neighborhood, parking for everyone. Business would boom, neighbors would be happy, and the city woudl be happy.

I will work on it. I strongly feel that positive publicity on Lower Greenville will bring positive people. All this negative publicity attracts the bad element that love to be video taped and published on crappy sites. What would happen to the people that make a living out of writing bad things about Lower Greenville? Hopefully, they will use their time to do something useful for the city.

Mike, I completely respect your actions on this blog. However, when are you guys going to publish positive publicity on Lower Greenville? I just feel many writers utilize Greenville Ave when they have nothing else to write about. Lower Greenville has improved tremendously in the past few years. I personally know a lot of business owners sinking thousands of dollars on Lower Greenville with efforts of making it an upscale safe atmosphere. Sure it is taking some time, but it will eventually get there before you all realize it.
