I can tell you first hand the city took every opportunity to promote this building, doing way more than was its responsibility.

The Stars really only seemed to become interested when there was public outcry. This facility has been run horribly for years. The efforts in recent weeks were too little, too late.

The definition of journalist has already changed, those in power both in traditional newsrooms and public office (as usual) will be slow to respond.

What's being described here doesn't sound like something that should happen to anyone without just cause. Sad.

I'm just guessing, the person (or people) you seek has probably been laid off already in one of the waves of cuts.

Thanks for giving us a place to voice concerns, Mike. The great thing about the Internet is that it's impossible to silence everyone. Or anyone, really. Here's hoping the TEA gets this worked out.

So very, very sad. I can't imagine why county gov't can't get a blasted thing accomplished.

Hey, in Lanc there's no guarantee that 600 people won't go to the polls and write in "Tillotson."

I'm guessing Terence was just going about his regular day's activities when he noticed his son wasn't breathing properly.

I didn't get the impression the convenience store had any significance, I think that's just where he happened to pull the car over to place the 911 call.

I'm excited about this, and I know they're working on that Camp Wisdom corridor.
