Unfortunately, police officers under investigation are bound by their departments with a Gauranty Warning that prohibits them from speaking about details to anyone. And when they get their jobs back, they sign another agreement to not discuss the details. Pretty neat, huh? The only way they can tell their side is to go to trial. You think the City of Dallas protects it's employees? Hahahahaha. Both of these guys will eventually end up working again as officers but with thousands of dollars in legal debt and ruined lives.

Don't forget to throw politicians, CEOs, lawyers and journalists under the Crook Bus as well. All I'm saying is that we've become a country that has allowed due process to be replaced with "It's On TV, It Must Be True." It doesn't matter what you do for a living. It looks like anybody in Texas can accuse you of something and it's taken as truth without a trial. Today, it's these two cops. Tomorrow it could be you.

Really? Doesn't seem like the city listened too much to the officers who got fired without a trial. Guess the Constitution and Bill of Rights were re-written into a Texas version. Everybody should be wary of a totally drunk guy saying what he wants about anybody.
