some one may want to tell frisco the FRA (federal railroad administration) regs trump anything they may want to pass. but of course that would make sense. those guys are required to blast the horn a certain distance before and after the crossings. i think it's supposed to keep people from getting hit by trains or something.

i like how the guy thinks he is doing something by chaining himself to a support beam. "i don't want to go to jail, but if i have to go for an hour or 2 until my parents bail me out i'll do that" and of course he is an "actor" whatever people were saying about the people that hang out down on the ole' fry was validated by this act of gross retardation. well done gutter punks, well done.
