tried to get tickets last night(well gf did) and ticketmaster and Jack FM's website says the show is cancelled

Teens will still be allowed to shop and eat in the restaurants, but anyone underage loitering will be asked to leave.
I dont get it..if Teens can shop and eat but under 16 teens cannot shop or eat after 7pm? am I getting this right?
